Choosing the Right Yoga Equipment for Beginners

If you are just getting started in yoga, you have probably read a few books, watched a few videos and become very excited at the prospect of getting started in this ancient combination of exercise and meditation. When you are new to yoga, you are going to be stretching muscles that you are not used to exercising and this can lead to strains and pains that can be very discouraging.
