Pictures Of Yoga Poses
Do you know any Yoga workouts?
im 16 and i want to start yoga. If you know any good poses or a whole workout if you could id like pictures or if you know a good website that be alot of help
It depends on if you are willing to spend money or not. Going to a studio can cost $8-$18.
Going to an on-demand website like www.yogaglo.com will cost about $18/month. But you may not be able to set up an auto pay credit card at 16. (Most teachers in Los Angeles are members of yoga glo because it has so many videos. Maybe 1,000 ranging from beginner workshop to advanced inversion practice.)

Check out surya namaskar A and surya Namaskar B. You do 5 A and 5 B. It will get you really warm and sweaty. Then you can go to the standing sequence if you would like. In this type of yoga you go through as far as you can in the series, when it gets past your skill level you go back to the beginning and repeat.
