This unique style combines the dynamism and vitality of acrobatics with the soothing aura of yoga practice. Most people define yoga in general as slow exercises, but this style is still yoga, only a bit faster. Some of the elements included in acroyoga include partner asana flows, Thai massage, inversions and spotting, and circle ceremonies.
Hatha Yoga: This style of yoga requires more physical effort compared with other styles, which is why some people call it “forceful yoga.” Derived from two words, “ha” meaning sun and “tha” meaning moon, hatha yoga brings two opposing things together. In this case, it can be said that hatha yoga aims to promote harmony to body, mind, and soul by exerting a lot of physical effort. Activities include breathing exercises and physical postures.
