Why this Yoga book asks one to eat beef?
Hathayoga Pradeepica is anauthenticc book on yoga. In its third chapter one is asked to eat beef.
I was trying to arouse interest about Hatha Pradeepika. I failed. K2 and DivyaJyothi only responded well.

Now, can at least try to be a little more specific about which mudra or which stanza is related to beef eating???
